Mr. Karuna Mohan Chakma
He was born in 1941. In 1971, actively participated in the liberation war of Bangladesh. Payal was given to the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs. He was elected Chairman of the Union Council in 1973 and Barkal Upazila Chairman in 1985. He was the headman of the headquarters of Barkal upazila headquarters.
